People who blame natural disasters on God saying it’s punishments to homosexuals or women who have abortions always anger me because, honestly, they are using the bible to justify all the predjudice and hate they have because according to all the Religions I’m aware of whatever devine being they worship loves everything and everyone no matter who they are or what they do and he always forgives. It angers me that religious people can be judgemental of others when their gods are all about forgiveness and also when they (for lack of a better term) ‘brainwash’ people into their beliefs so much that this sort of thing happens. This girl needs some serious help because this is a really wrong view to have.Can we please stop making fun of/getting angry at a girl with clear mental health issues. It’s a huge shame that she isn’t getting the help she needs simply because she wraps her psychosis in a generally tolerated mythology. These aren’t beliefs she is spouting. They’re the words of a girl who needs therapy.

Congrats on spotting a hole in the logic of a mentally ill teenager. Jeez, this is what I just said, you guys. She doesn’t deserve to be made fun of. The fact that she hides her problems behind the shroud of religion does not entitle people to mock her. Anybody can see this goes beyond a personal belief that might be considered a little silly. She believes that thousands of people dying in a tragic natural event is a good thing. Regardless of her reasoning, that is psychotic and not deserving of anyone’s scorn or mockery.
